Bean Salsa

Friends come and go but recipes that you get from friends are forever! This is the perfect snack to take to the beach or a party, pair it with your favorite corn chips and you're ready for an awesome day.
Bean Salsa

1 can, drained & rinsed, black-eye peas
1 can drained shoepeg corn
1 can Fiesta style Extra Hot Ro-tel tomatoes with chilies
3 chopped green onion stalks

1 chopped red bell pepper
8 oz. bottle Zesty Italian Dressing 
( I used the low fat version)
¼ tsp salt (optional)

1/8 tsp. garlic and pepper

Pour all ingredients into a large ziploc bag and shake until mixed. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving. 
Ziploc bags are the best storage containers!
Grab some chips!
