Sautéed Veggies

I absolutely love sauteed veggies, love love love! This is a version of my green bean recipe, only packed with even more goodies!

1 lb green beans
1 lb baby carrots
2 handfulls of fresh spinach
2 TBSP olive oil
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
Sea Salt, to taste

In a large frying pan (set to med-high) heat olive oil, garlic, carrots and green beans. Stir frequently until beans start to become soft, but not too soft. (they should still stand up straight when picked up) Liberally sprinkle with salt until the taste is right for you.  Right before taking off the stove top drop in spinach and let cook for 1 minute. Serve immediately.
Cook green beans and carrots  until tender
Dump in some spinach
